Real Wedding: Napa Valley Wedding

By Ashleigh | December 13, 2010 8:00 am

When Camille contacted us over the summer to design a custom pillow for her wedding, I was beyond pumped when she told me there were four flower girls and a ring bearer. Then when she told me the wedding was in Napa Valley at Beaulieu Vineyard, I really about died (if you have followed this blog for a while, you know I am totally smitten with vineyard weddings).

Camille’s wedding was predominantly white, but had splashes of gold/yellow and green. To correspond with her vision, we took one of our classic, traditional pillows (Marie) and swapped the ivory grosgrain ribbon for a mustard yellow ribbon trim. We then topped the pillow with a silk flower in the color “Pearl.” As for the four flower girls, we had corresponding silk flowers on gold headbands.

I’ve been really anxious to see the photos from the wedding in September. I’ve tried to remain patient (a virtue I do not possess), and when I came home late last week to see Camille’s email in my inbox, I had the biggest surprise of all. Camille, clearly is a stylish gal (c’mon…a Vineyard wedding!) but when I saw the photographer’s name, this was when I had my “died and gone to heaven” moment: Elizabeth Messina.

Below are a few photos captured by the beyond talented Elizabeth Messina.

Isn’t Camille absolutely gorgeous? I am in love with these photos, and hope to have more to share with you in the coming months. Thank you, thank you to Camille for sharing…and to the phenomenal talents of Elizabeth Messina for these breathtaking images.

Real Wedding: Four Little Ones

By Ashleigh | November 22, 2010 7:02 pm

To say I have been looking forward to receiving pictures from Molly’s wedding is an understatement. I have been chomping at the bit waiting for these images!

Molly is the stylish owner of the Tampa Bella Bridesmaid, so I’d been working with her for a few months before she contacted us for product for her wedding. Imagine my delight when she told me she wanted three wands and a pillow – I had cuteness overload imagining the precious little ones walking down the aisle.

Sure enough, once Molly passed along her photos to me, I was in love instantly. Her photos are like fine art, captured by the talented Parker J Pfister. And, to add even more to my delight was the tremendous number of photos captured of the little ones!

Isn’t Molly absolutely stunning? Gorgeous! Congrats and thank you so much for sharing these, and for Parker J Pfister for sharing his beautiful talent.
